My HDi turbo-diesel engine stalled going through a flood when water washed over the bonnet.
After being towed home, it eventually started, but only after many attempts which first flattened the battery.
I have driven it 70 miles since and it feels 'normal'.
Is there anything that might have been damaged that I should check?
Could there be something damaged that I have not noticed?

You should check the oil and transmission fluids for milkiness and the air filter for water damage, but if you've been driving it with no problems then id say youre rather lucky already. It sounds like it should be fine
