engine trouble code 18613?

I have a code scanner and that I used to check the check engine light in my car. It gave me this code for the engine: 18613 (01/02). I am trying to figure out what these codes are for and what I need to do to fix them. If anyone can please let me know I would appreciate it. Thank You.

The code:
18613/P2181 - Cooling System Performance

This typically gets triggered due to an issue with the coolant temperature sensor. When the coolant temperature sensor fails, it sends error code to the ECM and that turns on the check engine light.

Check to see if the sensor if faulty.
