Car undercarriage engine plastic

2003 toyota camry, front undercarriage of the car, the hard plastic under the engine keeps coming off and is now rubbing on the ground. How can I fix that?

These are bolted up with 10mm short bolts, if these have just dropped out it will be a simple fix to replace them, have a look and let me know if this has dropped the bolts only or the tray is damaged in any way.

From what I can see there is no damage to the plastic bottom and the bolts are missing. Can you point me in the right direction on where to purchase more bolts? This is the 3rd time this has happened.

They use 2 screws one I think is a 8x1.25 thread about 15mm in length with a large flat washer, and also a coarse self tapper that attach's to a plastic insert, check to see which is missing, your local hardware store should carry these.
