2003 SEAT Ibiza OBD codes

Hi, the engine management light is on in my car, it's been tested and is coming up with codes p0130 (02 sensor circuit B1. S1). P0030 (heater control B1. S1) and p0171 (system to lean B1). I've tried to look them up and I think they are all related to one another. Maybe? I had to lamda sensor 1 changed 12 months ago. What do you think the problem might be?

The 02 sensor that's on the exhaust manifold or at least before the catalytic convertor is the sensor one. It has a heater in it and will also cause a lean condition as read by the sensor 2 further back behind the cat. Replace the bank one sensor one 02 sensor, reset the code and see what happens. Should solve the problem
