Blinker stopped working, could it be a fuse or wiring?

Someone backed into my headlight and now it wont turn on also my left blinker wont flash when I turn it on but the buld is still lit up what do I do?

Someone backed into me and my left headlight won't light up and my blinker won't flash but the bulb is still lit up could the fuse be burnt out if how can I tell if the fuse is burnt out or could it be a wiring problem?

In the underhood fuse box there is a fuse labeled LT headlamp see if there is power to both sides of the fuse. ALso does the right turn signal work normally?

How do you tell if the fuse has power coming into both sides? And Yes the right blinker works fine also the arrow on my dash blinkers faster than before when I turn the left blinker on

You would use a test light and touch the tip on each end of the fuses terminals while the fuse was in place. Usually when the blinker flashes faster on one side it means you have a bad bulb on that side that flashes faster.
