A/c blower fan
I have a 2003 Saturn Ion. the a/c blower only works on high. where and how do I fix this?

Suspect blower motor resistor.

Blower motor resistor will be next to blower motor, behind right side of dash.

is this accessed on the passenger side from underneath?

Yes, it is in the bottom of the dash on the passenger side.
