I replaced the orings on the unit due to a leak. Pulled a vacuum and it did not leak off after approx. 10 minutes. Charged the system and it cooled just fine for 2 days. Did not replace the inline filter. Compressor turns but no cool air.

The fiirst step is to completely evacuate and recharge the system with the exact weighed charge so your pressures will be able to tell you something.

Then you need to use a professional set of gauges and analyze the high and low pressures to determine the issue.

I have done that. Could possibly the filter be plugged back?

How much refrigerant is in the system?

What are the high and low pressure readings at idle and at 2000RPM?
