2003 Mitsubishi Galant stalling when warmed up

My 2003 mitsubishi galant starts and runs great when the engine is cold but when it warms up it idles rough and dies it will start back up but then the idle drops and it dies right away what would cause that any help would be greatly appreciated thank u

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks? Have you checked the idle air control valve (IAC)? The IAC is responsible for maintaining the engine's idle.

No the check engine light has not come on thats what stumped me and ya I checked for vacum leaks but I have not tryed the IAC but I will now thank u and wow u got back to me fast

It was the IAC the car is running great thank u very much if it wasnt for u I would have junked the car ill be sure ask u first next time I have a problem
