2003 Honda Pilot repair pending
Hi,
I am having my Pilot serviced. Mileage - 172k.
Several issues arose following the diagnostic check.
1. Issue - Earlier this week the "D" light was blinking during trip home but OK last several days. Dealer response: 4th gear pressure switch needs replacing - $257.
2. Issue - Broken front engine mount. Cost $489
How serious is the above and can reparations wait a few weeks?

You really don't want to put it off too long. Depending how bad it is, it causes excessive movement of the engine which put excessive stress on many other things like hoses, lines, wiring, cables, etc

you might wanna get another estimate from non dealer shop. could save you money.
