2003 Honda Pilot Repair Question

Keyless entry system
I removed an after market remote starter/keyless entry unit that went bad on a 2003 honda pilot. I would like to restore the factory keyless entry system since I still have the original remotes. I located the factory receiver unit behind the glove box and a yellow wire was cut and a relay was installed. If I remove it, will the factory remotes work again? Thank you for your help.

the relay ws more than likely for the unit you removed. Try it and see what happens. I think it should work. YOu might have to reprogram your remotes again if you haven't used them in a long time. But that will be covered in your owner'smanual on how to do it.
