2003 Honda Element Repair Question

2003 Element starts fine, idles fine, No! codes at all stalls when put into gear, and not always. does not matter if car is warmed up or not. sometimes starts right up, other times seems like it won't start at all then it does. 130,000 miles all highway. seviced regularly

It could be a fault with the ignition switch or fuel supply.
When problem occurs, you need to test what is missing, fuel or ignition sparks. Without knowing what is missing, it is not possible to diagnose the problem.
