Honda Accord Door Problem
My fuel door latch has fallen in so now the fuel door does not close, how do i get to the cable to fix it?

Cable leads from under seat to the fuel door and requires the seats and carpets to be removed (at least partially)
At lever, check to see if it is stuck. Push lever downwards to see if the latch moves out.
