2003 Ford Mustang car stopped

My car completely came to a stop while I was driving it turned off completely and the lights came on on the dashboard this has happened twice already I have check the battery its not that the cables as well have been checked. The basic diagnostic machine reads no code I am lost there is also no check engine light on. None of the lights come on on the dashboard. The car is still driving though it is completely random when this happens.I apologize but I am in an emergency have a small child and I only have a dollar on this card.I really wanted to donate more.
