2003 Ford Focus Repair Question

Ford Focus Dealer Problem
Ok 2003 focus pcv hose. Pcv valve on one end what is the part on the other end? It looks like a little electric motor with two hose connections a wire harness plug on top and a single wire connection on the side. The pcv hose connection on this part is snapped and thus vacuum leak. So what's the name of the part?

i suggest going to the parts department at dealer and they will show you a picture and then it can be identified. parts stores do not carry the pcv hose or line
