What could be making a Popping noise in front of car

A couple of weeks ago I took my vehicle to a place to have new tires put on the back only. After that, when I drove the car it started making a popping noise. When I turn the wheels, while driving, or while I am sitting still it pops. It also pulls to the left or right side really bad while driving and then other times it drives straight. I have already replaced the bars coming from the shocks going to the sway bar. I am at my witts end please help! Thanks for all the help.

Check the steering rack for play. Make sure all of the bolts in the suspension are tight.

Rock the steering back and forth with the engine of, have someone watch all steering components for any signs of wear or loose fitting components, if in doubt get a mechanic to check this for you, it will just take a few minutes.
