2003 Ford Explorer Rear air not working

Ok my ford is equipped with rear air and its not working from the ceiling vents. Plus when I press on gas my front air goes to defroster and when I let off it comes back. I checked fuses and there all fine. What is my problem?

Check for a vacuum leak for front problem start under dash or check for tank leakage or broken hose from engine an dpull fuse for rear air for 60 seconds, it will sometimes reset the actuators there. It will be the temp actuator in pics. For rear.
