Cooling system trouble

What is the problem if water is coming through from the radiator filling the resevoir, causing the resevoir to overflow?

Checked for a stuck thermostat and get a head check done, this is a simple chemical test for exhaust gasses in the cooling system, if so you will have a head problem.
