How to replace instrument cluster on 2003 dodge truck

The cluster is bolted to the dash. First, disconnect the battery. To access the bolts, you need to remove the trim around the cluster. Once it is removed, you will see the attaching bolts. After the bolts are removed, disconnect the wiring harness to the cluster to remove it.
