2003 Dodge CaravanSpeedometer, gas gauge, and temp gauge are not registering.All other dash accessories work. Found fuse box with diagram, but it's too vague. Which fuse should I check?

You need to turn key on and check for power both side of the fuses. When all checked out -have the cluster checked and tested -
