No lights or locks

My power locks quit working and at the same time I have no Head Lights or Tail lights, everything else works. I checked all of my fuses and all are good. What next?

Do you know if the power locks and exterior lights share the same circuit?

Check for voltage at the headlamp switch, in the diagram, lite blue wire with orange tracer. Use a testlite. That circuit is fuse protected. Any applicable fuses you check, use a voltage tester, to see if the circuit is hot. I'm talking about the headlamps.
