Check the litre size, didn't see 5.0L listed. What I saw showed two belts, one is serpentine belt, the other is for ac compressor. If an accessory is making a noise, I use a long shank screwdriver or tire-tool, engine running, I place the tip of tool on each accessory body, the other end of metal shank I place on that bone behind my ear, magnifies the sound for me. You should be able to tell where the loudest noise is coming? You have to be careful not to get anything caught in belts or pulleys or fan, whatever. Safety is your responsibility.
