I was drivingmy 2003 cadilliac cts it started misfiring lost power and shut off will not start back up code says multiple misfire cylinder 1 3 5

I would start with basics and check fuel pressure.

I just had the engine replaced and had all coil packs plugs replaced timing belt replaced almost a whole upper motor rebuilt so i'm at a loss as to where I should start possibly got ripped by mechanic

Dont assume anything like that till you start with basics.
