Gas throttle sticking

My 2003 Buick Rendezvous at times will drive up to 50mph without even touching the gas pedal. Any suggestions? I have replaced the idle air control.

Mine does the same thing, same car, same year, I does it when starting cold and seems to get better as you drive it? Is this the throttle body? I have no smell from anti freeze. So I don't think it's a head gasket?
