Volkswagen Jetta Engine Problem
What's a good upgraded turbo for my car and what would I have to do?

The sky is the limit... it just depends on your wallet.
There are People driving 1.8T's with 300+HP, so the engine can handle quite a bit (provided it is done correctly).
You are best to talk with a VW Tuner... just search for VW 1.8T Turbo kits. Most tuners will have kits in various stages. Stage 1, 2, 3 all with
different HP goals to suit different needs.
Find a place that sells, installs and is able to do the Dyno tuning at the end as well... this will ensure that the job is done correctly and that
everything will be under warranty.
