Once my car warms up (approx 30 minutes) and I climb a steep incline 50% of time my turbo kicks out. Car has to cool back down in order for my turbo to work again. Any idea whats causing this problem.

The engine is most likely overboosting. So the ECM cuts fuel to lower boost in order to protect the engine.
