Volkswagen Jetta Engine Problem

Once my car warms up (approx 30 minutes) and i climb a steep incline 50% of time my turbo kicks out. car has to cool back down in order for my turbo to work again. any idea whats causing this problem.

please note that this a diesel car (TDI)

The engine is most likely overboosting... so the ECM cuts fuel to lower boost in order to protect the engine.
