2002 Toyota Sequoia - rear door latch won't lock to hold the door shut
Rear door latch doesn't lock and hold door in closed position. I hear it click, but it doesn't engage locking position. what might be the problem, and got any ideas on how to fix it.

Inspect the latch assembly for damage or to make sure it isn't already in the lock position not allowing the door to lock.
