I have a 2002 Toyota Camry with 78500 miles. It runs well, is very reliable, and has never given me any problems yet. The "check engine" light went on one night and the next night, about 15 miles later, the windshield started fogging up- on the outside only. It fogged up from bottom to top, but the windshield wipers took it off very easily. I had to wipe it every few minutes on my way home that night. So, what do you think the check engine light could be indicating? And do I need to spend a lot of money buying a new part?

It could be a lot of different things the first thing you need to do is take the car to a auto parts store and have them scan the car for codes.Let me know the exact code numbers not the code descriptions and we will go from there.
