We own a 2002 Saturn L300. It will start and run briefly at 1000 RPMs then quickly cut out. Can keep trying to the same result. After a short period of time and will start and run fine. Seems kind of random. Have replaced plugs and serpentine belt. What should I do?

I would change the oil pressure sending unit. Sounds like it's not sending a pressure signal to the ECM fast enough. May have some carbon or sludge that slowly lets the oil by, hence the running after many tries.
