Locked up wheel??

My left rear wheel locked up and my car will not move. We checked the E-brake but it is not set, all three other tires seem fine, its just the one is locked up.

If its not drum brake-check the caliper piston could stuck not retracting or the brake hose is collasped and also the ABS unit

it does have drum brakes on rear wheels, could it still be the caliper? If it were the ABS, whould the light be on, on the dash? (the dash light is not on, I was just wondering if that would tell me if the ABS were to blame)

Open it up and investigate, you cannot see thru the drum what's locking it up-could be the wheel cylinder not retracting or something is broken or out of place-again investigate
