2002 Nissan Platina Repair Question

Hi. I am searching for the master lighting control arm that goes into the steering colum of a 2002 Nissan Platina. I know that I am probably not saying it Right. It is the whole fixture, control arm and the guts to connect it. Where can I find it? I have spent the last couple of hours online searching for it. Can you gjys give me a hand? Thanks Joseph.

It is commonly referred to as the multifunction switch. For your vehicle, I don't think you are going to get it online as this vehicle is not sold in major markets. The only chance you have would be the dealer.
