Nissan Altima Compression Problem
The car has plenty of fuel and cleared code drove car and it is running very poorly checked code and it is the same code PO300 random multiple misfire changed the mass air flow sensor about two months ago

stop clearing the code as it does nothing but erase info needed to diag the issue.
could be plugs, wires/coils, injectors, wiring or compression.
it takes time but check it first to determine the failure, then replace what has failed and the last thing is clear the code.
