Valve cover removel

I have all bolts removed on the valve cover on a2002 mitsubishi montero sport 3.5 v-6 two wheel drive, how do I remove it, it seams like its frozen on

Quite often the bushes (washers and rubberised parts under the holding bolts) tends to harden and hold onto the cover. You need to remove those first if they did not come out with the bilts. Next is to tap the valve cover to loosen the gasket that is stuck and lastly use a flat screwdriver and gently pry at corners to loosen the cover. It might take some coaxing to get it off. Ensure all bolts had been removed and DO NOT force with the screwdriver. Any damage to the head or valve cover wuld result in leakages later on.
