starting issue

i have a 2002 mercury mountaineer v6 4.0L. i'm having a start up issue. i have replaced the starter and battery is at full charge. i have power, but no spark to the engine. i turn the key and nothing happens. wondering if its the distributor or spark plugs. was having slight starting issues before hand

you need to check for power to the little wire at the starter when the motor is cranking to verify if there is a supply issue of electric or a bad starter

i replaced the little wire as well. i was told fords/mercury are known for bad wiring connectors so i went back and replaced that.

ok, and the voltage reading????

i had no reading. tried several different grounding spots..so i'm thinking it's the ignition switch.

starts at the ignition switch and goes through the park neutral switch.

check each for power before throwing parts at it.

I have a 2002 mountaineer it cranks but don’t start I already changed spark plugs, cam sensor, crank shaft sensor and air intake gasket still don’t start hopefully u guys can help
