My care wont go over 2k rpms and has a real bad engine vibration whats the deal? Any ideas?

Be more specific in your description. Maybe it's not firing on all cylinders would be my first guess. Take out plugs and inspect.

Also check for spark at each cylinder. Could also be a fuel starvation problem.
