if the pulse on your ignition key is not sending a signal to run how do you disable this feature on the jeep

If what you are saying is that you are having a problem with the immobilizer, then no it cannot be disabled and HAS to be working. You will need a factory scan tool to diagnose it properly.

HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT'S WHAT'S GOING ON?

CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON?

CODES?

MAYBE IF IT FIRES UP FOR A SECOND THEN IT DIES--THE IAC IS STUCK SHUT?/ WIRE LOOSE?/ OTHER?
