2002 GMC Envoy stuck seat

My seat will not move up or down. Back or forward. And the heated seat does not work. On driver side. Passenger side works. Tried to remove panel did not work. Check fuses. They where fine. Check every fuse location

That seats functions are controlled by a seat module. That's the only thing that controls all the functions and the heat. Did all of those functions quit working together? Or did they go one at a time?
