My wifes Expedition cranks slowly but starts. There appears to be no problem with anything electrical once started. The moment it starts, the needles on the gauges go a little haywire, and the headlights flash on and off. It acts as though there is a battery problem when you turn it over, especially when cold - but once running seems fine. Is this a battery issue?
