2002 Fiat Punto Repair Question

Help please
I have a fiat punto 1.2 '52. The is very little to no power in 1st and 2nd gears. THere is also a foul smell coming from the car after Iv attempted to drive it. Although it doesnt smell like any clutch Iv smelt before

have your convertors and exhaust system checked this test is for backpressure and is done at an exhaust shop. exhaust restrictions usually are explained by the driver as a sort of rotten egg smell or sulfer.
