I had a friend replace two of my injectors with two from a 2003. Well they have 4 sprayers on them while mine has two and my truck skipping real bad which it was before that but could those injectors being different cause that too

They ight but I kind of doubt it. You shold run a scan on the engine to see if there are any codes. If you already did and got the code for multiple misfiresit can be vacuum leak, low fuel pressure as well as ignition problems. You can have a pro try a injector cleaner iwth pro style not the over the counter stuff and see if that helps.
