Steering wheel makes noise when turned, fluid is full

is the noise inside the car or outside?? is it a squeek or sqeal?? does it do it without turning the wheel??

it doesnt make the noise when im going striaght, the noise is outside, and its more of a groan.

the fluid is most likely low. get it checked for a leak,
