I was replacing the battery and got a arc spark, which caused the horn to go off, I continued to install and started the car. The car started fine but I noticed my keyless entry doesn't work along with the radio, door locks and interior lights. The horn, signals, interior outlets, power windows, windshield wipers, headlights and fog lights all work. I checked the internal fuses and they all look good. Not sure what to check or do next?

It looks like you have a fuse #10 that is out. Here is a guide and some wiring diagrams so you can test and confirm the problem. (below)

Please let us know what happens.

I figured out that there could be a fuse blown in the PDC, so I systematically pulled every fuse and checking to see if it had burned through. Fortunately it was the second 20 amp fuse I pulled. I replaced the fuse #10 and 17 put everything back together, started her up and everything works. Took only 12 minutes and a new fuse. Thanks for trying and keep helping people like me who don't know squat about fixing stuff.
