I was driving today in and all the warning lights came on the dash, my heat, radio quite working. The engine seems to be running fine, what can it be. The car doesn't die and the MPH and RPMs froze along with the battery, oil and gas gauge. Any ideas?

I'd have to check feed to and from the ignition switch. Some of those circuits you mentioned, may get feed from ignition switch. When the problem is ongoing, you can check applicable fuses with voltage tester.
