Several things could cause this, start with testing blower motor relay. then check power from the switch panel. if both OK check wiring and if wiring is good as well then suspect faulty blower resistor pack.

This guide will show you how to check the problem and fix it

Replace the blower motor resistor-also could be an air mix/blend/mode problems to include vacuum and actuators and the HVAC control module for the cold and hot air problem

Hello,

It sounds like you may have a blower motor that is going out, when the air is not blowing can you hear the blower motor working? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Here is a guide to help walk you through the replacement with instructions in the diagrams below to show you on your car:

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.

My rear blower began making a squealing noise and then stopped working all together. I'm thinking the bushings in the motor gave out. Where is the rear blower located and how do I get to it?

You have to remove the right rear quarter panel on the inside to get to the motor. If it squealed or squealing the bushing are probably freezing on the shaft and replacement is the option.

Replaced the fan itself. What else would cause it to not come on?

It is the front AC/heater. You can feel cool when you drive fast but fan never turns on to blow. Replaced the fan but still had issue. Where is fan relay and is computer the one that controls the temp?

Youll need to check the new motor by putting power to the motor from the battery to the positive side of the connecter the motor should turn on. Follow the power wire from the motor to the blower module. Its mounted in the a/c housing on the fire wall. Replace it.

The front blower went out today. The 40 amp fusz was fine and I get heat from the rear overhead vents.
Could this just be a relay and where exactly is it?

It could be a few things, the motor itself, blower motor resister, blower motor relay. The way to check is to start at the motor. IF the motor is getting power, then chances are the motor is bad. It is under the dash on the passanger side. If there is no power, then you work backwards to the resister, the relay, then the switch and further if needed.
