suv wont turn over

i can put the key in the ignition,turn it to the on position and every thing comes on and works fine,but when i turn the key to the start position it won't turn over.the battery is fully charged,i have power to the starter,as i said everything electrical works,it just won't turn over,and engine is not locked up. any ideas?

Check the voltage on the battery when you try to turn it over. Sometimes a battery can hold a charge and accessories will come on but then when you try to start the voltage drops significantly.
This is due to a dead cell. Advance Auto or Auto Zone will test your battery for free.
It could also be your starter solenoid.
