Car won't start up

Hi I have a 2001 vw jetta 1.8t and Im having a problem with it. It won't start. I used a diagnostics machine to get see what was wrong with it and it gave me code po412: secondary air injection system switching valve A circuit malfuction. What exactly is causing this and how can I fix this?

ALright thanks man. So do I just replace the solenoid valve?
