2001 Toyota Avalon rising temperature gauge

Temperature gauge of my car rises above middle line and keeps going up while the a/c is on but drops below middle line once the a/c is off and remains below the middle line.I have stopped the use of a/c for this reason. What can be the cause?

Check items in pic your condenser fan may not be working everything pointed out is under hood. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
