I have a code 0038 what dose that mean

Greetings
Code P0038 indicates heated oxygen sensor heater control circuit high. This code is for the downstream o2 sensor, the one after the catalytic converter. Make sure you replace it with an OEM oxygen sensor, not an aftermarket one.
