My motor shakes and boggs out when i excelerate what could that be

check the fuel pressure.
check the cat converter, it may be clogged.
make sure the egr valve is not stuck open

You will need a exhaust back pressure guage and a fuel pressure guage. As far as the egr goes you can try un pluging to see if it is better. Is the engine light on ?
