Water leaking from top of carburetor?
It looks like a tiny pump with coolant leaking around it. flashing code for a misfire on number 1 cyl.

P0301 misfire at cylinder no.1 -check spark, compression and injector for this cylinder-coolant leak-replace the gasket

Is this a USA vehicle? should have fuel injection
