My Mazda 626 2001 4cyl splashes transmission fluid, what do I do?

Mazda 626 splashes trans fluid through an upright pipe infront of the CD4E transmission. I assume the pipe is supposed to be covered but I bought it with the pipe open. Please help me because each time I drive upto 120km/h the whole engine is sprayed with trans fluid.

Is the DIPSTICK (fluid measure stick)missing?

It is not missing. The area where it is splashing the fluid is in the front, under the air filter case. I attached a picture of it in my message.

There is this black cover part of the CD4E transmission which is under the air filter box beside the battery of the car, that is where there is this upright little pipe. It is that pipe that splashes trans fluid. Am attaching the picture again. Its a 4cylinder engine

Not sure what that is for. Looks like it takes a hose though. You could find correct tight fit hose size and put a piece on there with other end plugged shut like a cap. See if it stays and stops spray.
